About Kugan Sakthikugan
I have led recruitment for some of the most exciting startups from Seed to Series-B. 9fin ($50M Series-B Fintech), Finbourne Technology ($70M Series-B Fintech) and WONDR Medical (£12M Seed Healthtech).
What really sets me apart is I have been a founder and operator myself. I was the Co-Founder & Commercial Director of a £20M private equity backed healthcare investment group, Riverdale Healthcare which is now one of the largest dental groups in the UK.
My tech startup Flipshare, a workflow tool for graphic designers failed to take off. However, the lessons I learnt building a tech product from scratch have been priceless when working with startup founders, product and engineering leaders.
